Application of C6-46 centrifugal fan:
The C6-46 centrifugal fan is suitable for discharging air mixtures containing essential debris, fibers, and dust, with a medium temperature not exceeding 80 ℃. It can also be used for general ventilation and air exchange. The dust exhaust centrifugal fan has 6 forward curved blades, which are not easy to accumulate dust and are wear-resistant.
Structure of C6-46 centrifugal fan:
1) The C6-46-1l centrifugal fan is suitable for discharging air mixtures containing wood debris, fibers, and dust, with a medium temperature not exceeding 80 ℃.
2) There are 7 models of C6-46-11 centrifugal fans, including No.3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12. The transmission methods such as No.3-6 are made into electric motor direct connection "A" type transmission and pulley "C" type transmission: No．8、 10. 12. It can be made into a pulley "C" type transmission and a coupling "D" type transmission. The rotation direction of the ventilation fan can be made into two styles: clockwise and counterclockwise. The air inlet is fixed on the side, and the position of the air outlet can be made into 6 different positions for each rotation direction: No.3-6 can be made into 6 different positions, and No.8-12 can be made into 3 different positions.
3) The ventilation fan has 6 forward curved blades, flat front and rear plates, and cast iron wheels. The impeller has undergone dynamic balance correction and runs smoothly. The main shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel. For the convenience of installation and maintenance, except for the casing of small ventilation fans No.3-6 which is a whole, No.8-12 are divided into two parts and connected by bolts.
